API Parser is a Google Sheets add-on that enables users to send API requests and insert formatted responses directly into their spreadsheets.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Service or its source code.
Use the Service to send malicious, fraudulent, or spam API requests.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data not intended for you.
3. Account and Subscription
If your use of the Service requires registration or a subscription:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and subscription API keys.
We reserve the right to change or cancel subscription plans with notice.
4. API Usage and Limits
You acknowledge and agree:
The add-on sends requests to third-party APIs on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services.
We may impose limits on the number of requests per user or plan.
5. User Data and Privacy
By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and aim to collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the service.

That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
Accuracy or completeness of third-party API responses
Compatibility with all versions of Google Sheets or environments
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

We may update or modify the Service at any time without liability. These changes may include:

User interface or feature changes
Pricing or usage adjustments
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including (but not limited to) violations of these Terms, abuse of system resources, or inactivity. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
